When youth transition from foster care to live on their own in the community, they have little in the way of family support to help get them started.
Pots and pans, towels and linens, a toaster or a kettle – all the essentials needed to make a house a home. You can help by sponsoring a youth in your community. We will provide a profile of a youth and their particular needs.
Fill a laundry basket with new household items and any other gifts you feel the youth may enjoy. Help make their holiday special by supporting a deserving young person on the road to independence.
