Celebrating a Half-Century of Caring: FACS Honours Betsy Witteveen for More than 50 Years of Fostering “They fulfilled my life.” That’s how Betsy Witteveen, FACS Niagara’s longest serving foster parent, characterized the hundreds of children she has cared for in her 50 years of service to the community.

Family and Children's Services Niagara invites our community to join our Foster Parent Information Sessions to learn about fostering children and youth. These sessions will provide valuable knowledge and tools for those interested in fostering to take those first steps in their journey. DATES: April 16 in Niagara Falls, May 28 in Port Colborne and June 24 in Grimsby.
LemonAID Day Provides More than Six Hundred Weeks of Summer Camp to Local Children
The sweetest event of the summer is serving up a super-size amount of good news for children in Niagara. Mountainview LemonAID Day for FACS Niagara raised more than $92,000 for the agency’s summer camp program.
